Oh, this hotel had its ups and downs! The location was amazing, in the heart of bustling Barcelona, perfect for exploring the city. However, the room was a bit of a letdown, with noise and lack of hot water. The service was friendly but forgetful, although the location made up for it. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options, and the facilities were average at best.

Our room felt like a former warehouse with no windows, and we struggled with hot water and a bad smell. The noise from the reception and lobby was quite bothersome.

The staff was polite and helpful overall, especially the receptionist, but they forgot our towels on the last day and left cleaning cloths as a 'Christmas gift'. Service was a bit lacking in attention to detail.
